Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  After repairs are completed, Hampton Collision Center requests the assistance of each customer to track our performance. When you pick-up your vehicle, you will receive a questionnaire pass code that can be used on our Questionnaire Sign-In page to access the simple feedback form. This questionnaire will take you under 10 minutes and helps us improve every aspect of our services. The details of every repair are also submitted to the DuPont Performance Alliance Quality Assurance Team. Should you have any problems accessing the survey, an Alliance Quality Assurance Team member will contact you and provide any assistance needed.

Are you concerned about some aspect of your vehicle's ongoing repair? You don't need to wait until pick-up. If you aren't satisfied, neither are we!  Use the form below to describe any concerns to our quality team. If you have a concern, question or comment at any time during your vehicle's visit, we want to know about it.
